The JesHopper throughput scale is adapted for handling and weighing goods at high rates, with accuracy greater than 0.1%.
With such high accuracy and stability of measurement, the JesHopper throughput scale is available in legal metrology according OIML R107 and R61, the Welmec guide and to the EU Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) in 0.2 and 0.5 classes.
The JesHopper Intake consists of a weighing hopper electronically operated and an independent intermediate hopper (buffer hopper).
The weighing hopper and the buffer hopper are mounted on a robust frame, rigid and dustproof.
The opening and closing of drain traps are pneumatic.
The large opening angles of these hatches facilitate the complete draining and a high flow capacity.
Depending on the size, the weighing hopper is suspended from two or three load cells with anti-vibration supports
– The hopper is mounted in a dustproof body with removable sealed panels for easy access
– Connection socket for dust extraction is included
